CHRISTENING
Hello Jennet,

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the Aussie BBQ Co. for helping to make our daughters' christening so special.  The food was superb.  The service speedy.  Please pass on our thanks to Dwayne and everyone that came yesterday - the day was a whirl.  Everyone said the food was great and we all had a wonderful day. I would have no hesitation in recommending you.

60th BIRTHDAY
Dear Jennet,

I feel I must write to say thank you for the wonderful hog roast we had at my husband's 60th birthday party at in September.
My daughter, made all the arrangements with you and we were both very pleased with your professionalism and the hog roast itself.
Your chef, David, was wonderful, everyone I have spoken to has said how nice he was and how much they enjoyed the roast pork. I only wish I could have had time to speak to him myself before he went home.

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for everything you did to make our day so wonderful – not just the delicious food (which has been commented on by many) but also for you contribution to the planning of the day, the timings, the service, the clearing away and everything else!  We had the most fantastic day, it was everything we had hoped it would be and more!  Please thank all your staff for their hard work – I must admit that you were all so discreet I didn’t thank you on the day partly because I hardly saw your all!!!
