Hog Roast Buffet - 'The Great Aussie Buffet'

For the full Hog Roast service take a look at the Great Aussie Buffet, this comes with a full selection of home-made salads, sauces and freshly baked bread. It is fully staffed and even includes plates, knives and forks so there is absolutely nothing for you to worry about. As an alternative you may also be interested in our Swagman’s Buffet which is our Lamb Roast option and included on the same menu.

How about our casual dining version ...

Casual Dining Hog Roast – 'Aussie Bite'

If you fancy something more low key and casual you could take a look at our Aussie Bite option. This is part of our Casual Dining range of menus and is designed to be eaten in a roll with a salad garnish and of course the essential home-made apple sauce and stuffing. This is served to your guests by our uniformed staff and comes complete with disposable plates and napkins.

The Hog Roast Carvery

For large scale bookings and the more budget conscious we have the Carvery menu. This is a self service option where guests are encouraged to help themselves to freshly carved pork and any accompaniments that you may chose or supply yourself. Chef is included in the price and all the cooking is done for you. Lamb Roasts are also available.
