hog cooked to perfection and served with home made apple sauce and
stuffing.
Swagman's Buffet
(LAMB ROAST)
Tender whole lamb hand turned to bring out the full
flavour and served with essential mint sauce.

Served in a fresh baked roll, filled to the brim with
hot carved pork and garnished with salad.
Accompanied by the essential home made apple sauce and
stuffing.

Carvery
Serve up a feast with our whole hog or lamb carvery
service.
The meat is roasted and hand turned for approximately
7 hours prior to serving.
The chef then carves the meat whilst on the spit ensuring
hot pork or lamb throughout serving.
The freshly carved meat is placed on a stainless steel
platter for your guests to help themselves.
