Then, for your main wedding buffet there is a choice of Wedding Day Experiences available. All meat used is locally purchased and fresh on delivery – the buffets are wholesome and home made. Meat lovers and vegetarians are equally well looked after!
Our wedding experiences offer options to suit your individual needs and are priced accordingly.
The names of our wedding experiences have been inspired by some of the high-quality precious gems found in Australia. Each has its own special properties and they are found in very small amounts…so they are very precious indeed!

The Jade Experience
Perfect for festival, glamping, garden party events and weddings where guests help themselves to drinks. Also, flexible venues where table cloths and on site bar staff are available to take care of your drinks & glasses while we do the all-important #AussieBBQ food.
The Sapphire Experience
Perfect for a full day wedding catering experience, where everything is taken care of for you and your guests. Can include; drinks reception, canapes, main course BBQ, dessert selection, toast drinks, cake cutting and clearing. Yummy evening menus are also available if required.
Evening Options
In the evening, if required, your wedding guests can enjoy a little something from our ‘casual dining’ menus.
This includes our almost legendary, locally farmed, ‘bacon sandwich’ option, a feature hog roast and our new paella menu. Tempting menus for your evening guests.
Tea & Coffee Station
A small tea and coffee station can be set up during your wedding experience for the comfort of your guests.
We charge a fair and easy flat rate of £150. This supplies up to 60 guests, is manned by our uniformed staff and can be served during dessert in lovely cups and saucers.
