For large scale bookings, the Aussie Bite is the original pulled pork experience. The bite is served to your guests in soft rolls which are filled to the brim with freshly carved pork and a lush salad garnish. The 'Bite' also includes crunchy crackling, home-made apple sauce and stuffing, disposible plates, napkins and staff to serve and clear.
